ShaanXi Cuisine

It was a gorgeous dinner :)
Uncle Jian Ping took a bunch of us from the worship team to dinner at a restaurant known for its Shaanxi cuisine. Perhaps I miss the strong flavours of Malaysian food, because this meal was right up my alley. 

Potato juliennes with peppers in a sour gravy

Steamed rice with lightly fried egg and soy paste and vegies. 
It was very fragrant!!
