No. 72 牛肉面 [Beef Noodles]

On Sunday, I was with the Home of Christ gals and we went to No. 72 Beef Noodles. It was pretty good as far as beef noodle shops go. The beef is cooked for 72 hours....so they say.

皮蛋豆腐 ［Century egg and tofu]

Yummy as! The flavour is quite intense so a little at a time is enough.

［Stir-fried assortments of pickled tofu, nuts, seaweed]

花干 [tofu skin] and beef pieces

干拌面＋红烧牛肉

Dry noodles in sauce and delicious beef brisket

Very nice and very filling. The noodles are better with a tad of butter/chilli sauce.

The beef was tender and tasty!
